Deploying PerformancePath

DecisionPath works collaboratively with you to apply one or more PerformacePath modules to your situation.  The steps involved are described below.

1. Select the Module(s) of interest to you.
2. Customize the Module to reflect your:
   • Information requirements
   • Business processes
   • Data sources
   • User population
3. Develop a performance management application based on the customized Module, using the IT tools and technologies of your choice.
4. Make business process changes to incorporate use of the performance management application.
5. Measure and manage the resulting business improvements.
