Once the performance management framework is designed, we then leverage BI and data warehousing methods and tools to create and deploy enterprise and departmental scorecards and dashboards that are supported by a robust BI environment that enables cost-effective and timely variance analysis, root cause analysis, and modeling of potential corrective action plans.  To accelerate the design and development process, we have created PerformancePath – a customizable framework designed initially for food, beverage, and CPG companies that also fits discrete manufacturing companies and their supply chains.
