Nancy Williams will present the keynote address, titled “Don’t Let the Economy Take a Bite Out of Your BI Program.” Nancy summarizes her address as:

"Is your BI program at risk?  It depends on how it has been positioned, and how tightly coupled it is with real bottom-line business benefits.  While BI best practice winners have always demonstrated how BI can support business performance improvement, many organizations have not.  Vague value propositions such as “better reporting” do not pass muster.  To survive funding cuts, your BI program must clearly articulate its plans to deliver tangible business “benefits” that hold up during budget scrutiny.  I’ll tell you how."
