For ages, company leaders and managers have sought to predict, plan and control company performance – utilizing everything from industrial engineering to industrial psychology to inform and influence how managers go about the central task of achieving targeted performance. More recently companies have begun to adopt business performance management (BPM) and BI to drive performance and profits.
How well are your BI and BPM programs working in your organizations? If you’ve coordinated efforts between the two programs, chances are they’re working much better than if you didn’t. In fact, research shows that you’d be three times as likely to achieve major business performance improvements as companies that don’t. In her keynote, Nancy will explore the kinds of performance improvements organizations can achieve with coordinated programs as well as the major pitfalls that companies can avoid by coordinating efforts.
What Participants Will Learn:
- How companies successfully coordinate BI and BPM
- How to avoid common pitfalls in attempts to coordinate BI & BPM
